9.2 Only one prize can be won per named entry per competition.

9.3 The answers sent in response to any competition may be used for publicity and internal purposes. To that extent, by entering the competition, all entrants agree to grant a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to the Promoter and their agents to use the answers submitted in any media. Entrants also waive any moral rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. 9.7 Each and every entry submitted throughout all competitions will be judged by a panel of judges, the judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Method of Entry

• No purchase necessary.
• Entries will open on 22/03/2024 and close on 29/03/2024. All entries must have been received by the Promoter by 12:00pm on the closing date.
• To enter the promotion and be considered for the prize draw, entries can be entered via the link in the National Fragrance Week Competition email sent to entrants from the info@zoflora.co.uk email addresses. The entrants can take part in the promotion by clicking on the link and completing and submitting the questions outlined in the Zoflora National Fragrance Week Competition Email.
• All entries will be put into a draw and one winner will be selected at random from all entries received by the end of the promotion.
• Entrants must answer/complete all questions or the entry will be treated as void.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter the promotion and a resident of England, Scotland and/or Wales.
• Entrants must have internet access.
• One entry per person allowed. Duplicate entries will be removed.
• This Promotion is only available to consumers (e.g. not to any business or reseller). Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

• The winner(s) will be the one entry randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. There is no cash alternative for the prize and it is not negotiable or transferable.
• All winners will be notified (having made reasonable efforts to do so) via email by a member of McCann Manchester, the Promoter’s marketing agency, within 5 working days after the closing date of the promotion.
• Winners will be asked to confirm their contact details to receive the prize in which case the winners will have 3 days from the date the email notification was sent to respond as instructed in the email notification in order to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be liable for any lost prize bundles as a result of incorrect details being provided or any other reason for a failed delivery outside of Thornton and Ross’ control.
